The Hour Average is your actual billing price — the average of all 5-min readings in the current hour.
· Set Below to 0 → alert when the whole hour goes negative (you get paid!)
· Set Below to 1 → alert when billing price drops under 1¢
· Set Above to 8 → alert when billing price spikes (cut usage)
Tap "Enable Notifications" to get alerts even when the app is closed.
